.. <br />14 <br />Qv <br />Figure 2 EJ <br />ASSIGNABLE AREA <br />7,550 SQ FT <br />Building service areas are those areas on floors of a building used for custodial supplies, sink <br />rooms, janitorial closets and for public restrooms. Figure 3 demonstrates the service areas on <br />the first floor of the Link Government Service Center. <br />The circulation area is the portion of the gross area — whether or not enclosed by partitions — <br />which is required for physical access to some subdivision of space. Circulation areas include, <br />but are not be limited to: corridors (access, public, service), elevator cars, escalators, stairs <br />and stair halls, lobbies (elevator, entrance, public). Figure 4 demonstrates the circulation <br />areas on the basement level of the Link Government Services Center. <br />-3- <br />
