The following items were discussed; <br />• Jeff Thompson opened the meeting with some housekeeping items <br />• The presentation to the Board of Commissioners is scheduled for November 511' at Hillsborough <br />Commons (DSS Building) beginning at 7:00 pm <br />• Tonight's meeting is a dry run of the presentation for the commissioners to receive consent and feedback <br />from the Advisory Work Group <br />• Jeff Thompson and John Thomas presented the material proposed for the November 5, County Commissioners <br />meeting <br />• Following the presentation the Advisory Work Group had the following comments and suggestions. <br />• The presentation of the site plan should emphasize the buildings importance as the entry to the park. <br />• The park master plan should be included to reinforce the ongoing development of facilities on this site. <br />R: \Projects \1315 - Northern Human Svcs Ctr \13\132.0 Owner Correspondence \MM20131015jt_Advisory Committee.docx <br />
