Informal Resident Advisory Work Group <br />Cedar Grove Community Center <br />September 24, 2013 <br />Page 5of5 <br />55 <br />• The Informal Advisory Group asked about the colors of the walls and the floors and it was stated that <br />these where not being finalized at this time but that the group would have input when these decisions <br />were made. <br />• The exterior concrete in front of the "ceremonial" entry was discussed and it was stated that this concrete <br />could be either be replaced or "coated" with a concrete coating. <br />• The "memorial" aspect of the project is being worked on by Peter Sandbeck and a sub - committee and it was <br />noted that while this information is not required at this time that any power and /or specialty lights needs that may <br />be required for this, will need to be incorporated into the project before it goes out to bid in spring of 2014. <br />Minutes Recorded By: <br />Pierre Henwood <br />Date: 9/24/2013 <br />This report is the writer's understanding of the major topics and conclusions of the meeting.
