All necessary water permits have been <br /> obtained from the city of Mebane. <br /> Mebane Packaging's expansion will benefit other North Carolina companies. Raw <br /> materials are purchased from out-of-state companies but virtually all of the <br /> secondary materials used in the production process and most of the support <br /> services required are purchased from North Carolina companies. <br />
