Commissioners <br /> Also Present: <br /> At .M. , announced <br /> that the Board'of Commissioners for the County of Orange (the <br /> "Board") would proceed to hold a public hearing and would hear <br /> anyone who wished to be heard on the proposed restructuring by The <br /> Orange County Industrial -Facilities and Pollution Control Financing <br /> Authority (the "Authority") of its $5,200, 000 Orange County <br /> Industrial Facilities and Pollution - Control Financing Authority <br /> Industrial Development Revenue Bonds (Mebane Packaging Corporation <br /> Project) Series 1990 (the "Bonds") , at the request of MPC Packaging <br /> Corporation (formerly known as Mebane Packaging Corporation) , to <br /> (a) extend the maturity date for the Bonds until January 1, 2006 <br /> and (b) change the schedule of principal amortization for the <br /> Bonds. <br /> It was stated that the Authority had adopted a <br /> resolution expressing its intention to so restructure the Bonds. <br /> Copies of the resolution were then submitted to the Board. <br /> officer of The Clerk to the Board presented an affidavit of an <br /> showing publication on 19_, a date at least 14 <br /> days prior hereto, of notice of the public hearing.
