He noted that Pete Hallenbeck would <br /> 27 preside over the meeting. <br /> 28 <br /> 29 The following Planning Board members were present: Chair Pete Hallenbeck,Maxecine <br /> 30 Mitchell, Lisa Stuckey, Stephanie O'Rouke, Paul Guthrie, and Herman Staats. <br /> 31 <br /> 32 1. Zoning Atlas Amendment—To review a property owner-initiated amendment to the <br /> 33 Zoning Atlas to rezone a 2.67 acre parcel of property located at 3604 Southern Drive <br /> 34 (PIN 9844-86-5155)from Rural Residential (R-1) and Light Industrial (1-1) to Light <br /> 35 Industrial (1-1). <br /> 36 <br /> 37 Michael Harvey reviewed a series of maps pertaining to the requested zoning atlas <br /> 38 amendment. He reviewed the following background information: <br /> 39 <br /> 40 BACKGROUND <br /> 41 PIN—9844-86-5155. <br /> 42 • Size of Parcel—2.67 acres. <br /> 43 • Future Land Use Element Map Designation —Commercial Industrial Transition Activity <br /> 44 Node <br /> 45 • Growth Management System Designation -- Urban. <br /> 46 • Existing Conditions--The property is developed and utilized to support a metal sheet <br /> 47 fabrication operation. <br /> 48 • Access--The property has direct access onto Southern Drive. <br /> 49 <br /> 50 REQUEST: <br /> 51 • Property is split zoned residential and industrial. <br /> 52 • Necessary infrastructure(i.e. septic, parking) on residentially zoned portion of property. <br /> 53 • Applicant concerned over long-term ability to continue operation with necessary <br /> 54 components on`residentially'zoned property. <br />
