Commissioner Price — none <br /> Chair Jacobs said he would like a report from staff on how the use of the Southern <br /> Human Services Center meeting room by Chapel Hill is going. <br /> He said three of Commissioners were at the official opening of the Hampton Inn in <br /> Carrboro this evening and he was impressed with the facility and encouraged by the creation <br /> of 50 jobs. <br /> He congratulated Commissioner Foushee on being chosen to fill Senator Kinnaird's <br /> Senate seat. <br /> Chair Jacobs referred to Commissioner Gordon's discussion about local input and said <br /> that there is some debate regarding what this even means. He said the Board had received <br /> an email asking for their input on what this term means, and how the Board should be <br /> involved. He said is important for the Board to have clear input here. <br /> 13.
