Seconded by Barrows. <br /> VOTE: 6 in favor. <br /> 4 opposed (Hoecke - principle, felt the spirit of <br /> the law was being violated; Rosemond - reasons <br /> already stated; Jobsis - felt it was not a road <br /> extension, but a driveway; Katz -reasons already <br /> stated. <br /> Katz asked that this issue be referred to the <br /> Ordinance Review Committee for study and <br /> possible revision/amendment. <br /> b. Concept Plans <br /> (1) Sibling Pine Estates <br /> Presentation by Eddie Kirk. <br /> The property is located in Eno Township on the <br /> east side of Pleasant Green Road (SR 1567) . It is <br /> zoned Agricultural Residential and Lower-Eno,----- - - <br /> Protected Watershed. The property is wooded with <br /> large acreage residential lots to the north and <br /> south. The tract is 30.64 acres in size with <br /> seven (7) new residential lots proposed that <br /> average 4.38 acres in size. <br /> Each lot will have an individual well and septic <br /> system. The new lots will have access to Pleasant <br /> Green Road via Sibling Pine Drive, a proposed new <br /> private road. The applicant's private road <br /> justification and the Planning Staff's analysis _ <br /> are attachments to these minutes on pages,;�3-,7,7. <br /> The private road is justified through the <br /> subdivision's location in a protected watershed, <br /> the large lots and larger than required setbacks. <br />
