4 <br /> 2) Add 8.8.17a.I(h) (Additional Information) as follows: In addition to <br /> the information required in Subsections 8.2 and 8.8, the following shall <br /> be submitted as part of the application......(h) Photographs of a clearly- <br /> visible balloon floated at the proposed tower location to the maximum <br /> height of the towers. Photographs shall be taken from locations such <br /> as:property lines, and/or nearby residential areas, historic sites, <br /> roadways, including scenic roads and major view corridors, and other <br /> locations as deemed necessary by the Planning Staff to assess the <br /> visual impact of the proposed tower. <br /> 3) Revise 8.8.17a.1(d) to clarify that tower height is measured from <br /> ground level to the highest part of the support structure. <br /> 4) Add 8.8.17a.2(n)to require that compliance with FCC emission <br /> standards be demonstrated by including monitoring through periodic <br /> testing of equipment and submittal of results to the Planning <br /> Department. <br /> The Planning Board considered the proposed amendment on August 7, 1996 <br /> and recommended approval, including the revisions included in 1)through 4) <br /> above(see attached minutes). The vote was unanimous. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: The Administration recommends approval of the proposed amendment as <br /> revised,per the Planning Board recommendation. <br />
