Minimum lot area requirements may be reduced to no less than one <br /> acre. <br /> b. Minimum lot width requirements may be reduced to no less than 104 <br /> f=L <br /> C. Minimum front setback requirements may be reduced to thirty (30) <br /> feet except where the front lot line forms an exterior boundary of the <br /> cluster development. <br /> d. Minimum rear and side setback requirements may be reduced to ten <br /> (10) feet except where the rear and side lot line forms an exterior <br /> boundary of the cluster development. <br />
