21 <br />In particular, CCPL will support the progress of the Strategic Plan by: <br />1) Monitoring the changing internal and external environment annually and making adjustments as necessary. <br />2) Providing an annual operational and personnel budget request associated with the implementation of the Strategic Plan. <br />3) Expanding interdepartmental reporting to include the Data Dashboard and aligning the Strategic Plan and benchmark indicators such as <br />circulation, segmented collection use, customer registration, collection, library visits, and programming attendance to make data - <br />informed decisions. <br />4) Complete state and national metric surveys and utilize CCPL data and peer library data collected to develop future services by branch <br />based on trends, needs and community specific demographics. <br />5) Engaging customers and staff for feedback annually, through the use of surveys, interviews and suggestion boxes. <br />6) Posting the Strategic Plan timeline to the website and providing updates to the timeline that inform the community and elected officials <br />on implementation steps. <br />7) Track progress and provide feedback by convening a Library Review Group to meet annually with the Library Director. <br />8) Re- evaluate and update Strategic Plan through a county -wide Community Assessment in Spring 2016. <br />OCPL DRAFT Strategic Plan 2013 -2016 Page 20 <br />
