He noted that Pete Hallenbeck would <br />46 preside over the meeting. <br />47 <br />48 The following Planning Board members were present: Chair Pete Hallenbeck, Maxecine <br />49 Mitchell, Lisa Stuckey, Stephanie O'Rouke, Paul Guthrie, and Herman Staats. <br />50 <br />51 2. Zoning Atlas Amendment — To review a property owner - initiated amendment to the <br />52 Zoning Atlas to rezone 2 parcels of property, totaling approximately 16 acres in land area, from <br />53 Rural Residential (R -1) to Light Industrial (1 -1). <br />
