t <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: Consideration and approval of this request will not create the need for <br />additional funding for the provision of County services. <br />Expenditures associated with the processing of this application, namely the legal advertisement <br />and notification letters /postcards, were paid through application filing fees. Review of the <br />application by staff was covered under existing Department budgetary outlays. <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): The Interim Manager recommends the Board: <br />1. Receive the Planning Board's recommendation; <br />2. Close the public hearing; and <br />3. Decide accordingly and /or adopt: <br />a. Attachment 3 Ordinance Amending the Zoning Atlas <br />b. Attachment 5 Resolution Concerning Statement of Consistency <br />authorizing the zoning atlas amendments as detailed herein. <br />
