(2x/month, monthly, every other month) <br /> 20 Is there a desire to change the existing policy of the BOCC approving the legal ad? <br /> 21 - Would trim -3 weeks from current process. <br /> 22 - Amendment Outline Forms now used for County-initiated items. <br /> 23 <br /> 24 Perdita Holtz outlined the current review process and compared the 3 options detailed in <br /> 25 the flowcharts on abstract pages 5-9. She said the primary difference between options 1 and 2 <br /> 26 is the variation in the timing of the Planning Board recommendation. <br /> 27 She noted that option 3 has 2 public hearings, but it is not favored by staff due to the <br /> 28 potential for a longer time frame and higher cost for publications. <br /> 29 She reviewed the discussion points for the Board. <br /> 30 <br /> 31 Chair Jacobs announced that quorum was reached at 7:22. He asked that Perdita Holtz <br /> 32 continue this discussion at the end of the meeting, in order to return to the original public <br /> 33 hearing agenda. <br /> 34 <br /> 35 C. PUBLIC HEARING ITEMS <br /> 36 <br /> 37 Chair Jacobs called the public hearing to order. He noted that Pete Hallenbeck would <br /> 38 preside over the meeting. <br /> 39 The following Planning Board members were present: Chair Pete Hallenbeck, Maxecine <br /> 40 Mitchell, Lisa Stuckey, Stephanie O'Rouke, Paul Guthrie, and Herman Staats. <br /> 41 <br /> 42 1. Zoning Atlas Amendment-To review a property owner-initiated amendment to the <br /> 43 Zoning Atlas to rezone a 2.67 acre parcel of property located at 3604 Southern Drive <br /> 44 (PIN 9844-86-5155) from Rural Residential (R-1) and Light Industrial (1-1) to Light <br /> 45 Industrial (1-1). <br /> 46 <br /> 47 Michael Harvey reviewed a series of maps pertaining to the requested zoning atlas <br /> 48 amendment. He reviewed the following background information: <br /> 49 <br /> 50 BACKGROUND <br /> 51 PIN -9844-86-5155. <br /> 52 Size of Parcel -2.67 acres. <br />
