This project will be financed with <br /> proceeds from the impact fees and the State Public School <br /> Building Fund.) <br /> K. HOME PROGRAM CONSORTIUM AGREEMENT AMENDMENT <br /> The Board authorized the execution of an amendment to the HOME Consortium Agreement <br /> for the period July 1, 1997 through June 30, 2000 and authorized the Manager to sign the amendment upon <br /> the review and approval of the County Attorney.
