PROPOSED SUBDIVISION REGULAT�§TEXT,AMENDMENT-ACTION 30 SUBSEWENT TO SUBOMSION APPROVAL 31 Planner Mary Willis made this presentation. This technical amendment would delete the 32 requirement in the Subdivision Onfnance that a Planning Staff member be present each time a final 33 plat is recorded in the Register of Deeds Office.
