At the November 27, 1995 public hearing, the Orange <br /> County Board of Commissioners and Planning Board received citizen <br /> comments on a proposed amendment to Special Use Permit provisions relating <br /> to telecommunication towers. Minutes from the public hearing are attached. <br />
