Over <br /> time they will experience work continuity and a gain in wages adequate <br /> to support themselves and those for whom they are responsible. <br /> Training All citizens have access to training options to enhance their <br /> employability and earning power. <br /> Transportation All citizens will have transportation options to access essential services. <br /> Dependent care Affordable,adequate dependent care options will be available to all <br /> citizens who need them. <br />
