Makes recommendations relating to a combination centralized- <br /> decentralized model for future Orange County senior centers, including <br /> locations, facility and program design, and funding strategies. <br /> Transportation Development Plan Update for Orange County: 1995 - 1999 (1995, <br /> Orange County Department on Aging).
