The substance of the report <br /> dealt with the proposed master plan for the park, park structures and the <br /> draining and filling of the existing"borrow pit" located in the south east <br /> comer of the park. In accordance with the discussion of that meeting, <br /> individuals active in the park development process have proposed to begin <br /> the process of filling the borrow pit. The specific proposal involves: <br /> a) opening a haul route/equipment access way across County property <br /> between the unpaved southern end of Cameron Street and the borrow pit; <br /> and b)hauling fill material to and spreading fill material in the borrow pit. <br /> The actual construction activities proposed for this phase of the fill operation <br /> will involve: 1) removing an approximately twenty feet wide section of trees <br /> along Cameron Street; 2) constructing a section of gravel surfaced access <br /> drive(to reduce the transportation of mud and dirt from the access drive to <br /> Cameron Street); 3)removing an approximately sixty feet wide section of <br /> trees along the rim of the borrow pit;4)hauling approximately sixty five ten <br />
