All of the terms of the existing agreements will remain the same. <br /> Background: <br /> The Orange County Health Department has been served by three separate agreements with <br /> the Departments of Family Medicine, Obstetrics&Gynecology, and Pediatrics for the <br /> provision of medical care and the supervision of other clinical services in the Adult Health, <br /> Family Planning, Communicable Disease, Maternal and Child Health Clinics. These <br /> arrangements have been adequate and economical in that both back-up and professional <br /> liability coverage have been provided by the University. <br />
