This Coalition involves the Health <br /> Department, the Cooperative Extension service, the UNC-CH School of Public Health, <br /> Piedmont Health Services, JOCCA, and several community-based organizations. <br /> Background: <br /> The Orange County Health Department serves as fiscal agent for the Orange County <br /> Coalition of the Community-Based Public Health Initiative. This Coalition has been <br /> funded through a Contract with the University of North Carolina which has received a <br /> grant from the W.K. Kellogg Foundation. The Coalition agreed that the Health <br /> Department enter into a sub-contract with JOCCA to provide some of the services <br />
