Examples of this kind of use are commercial craft <br /> shows, carnivals, festivals, concerts, medical or veterinary clinics, and <br /> outdoor social events hosted by a business such as a restaurant or caterer. <br /> Temporary events such as those described above would not be considered a <br /> principal use when they take place at a site normally associated with the <br /> activity.
