rt r <br /> Both parties agree that the emergency procedures will be as follows: Two-way radios will <br /> be assigned in each vehicle with the base monitored by the Department on Aging.In the <br /> event of a mechanical emergency, the driver will radio to base for help. In case of a <br /> medical emergency, the driver will first radio to 911 for aid and then to base. The base <br /> operator will be responsible for contacting OPC. At no time will the driver leave riders <br /> unattended. <br /> The term of this Agreement shall be from July 1, 1996 through June 30, 1997 unless <br /> sooner terminated by either party giving thirty days prior written notice to the other of <br /> intention to terminate.
