However, in 1994, only 44.9% of the women eligible to vote <br /> actually cast their ballots. The Orange County Commission for Women was established by <br /> the County Commissioners on February 17, 1976. <br /> RECOM IENDATION(S): That the Board approve the Proclamation and authorize the <br /> Chair to sign. <br />
