The CM shall <br /> monitor the contract for the Director, Office of Program Operations and provide the <br /> Contractor with technical guidance. Technical guidance shall mean filling in the details or <br /> otherwise explaining the scope of work and the requirements set forth in the contract. It is <br /> intended that the details or suggestions furnished shall not constitute any changes in terms <br /> and conditions of the contract. The CM has the responsibility for monitoring and evaluating all <br /> phases of the Contractor's performance in order to determine compliance with the technical <br /> requirements of the contract. <br /> G-1 <br />
