f. Charge resolutions submitted for contract credit pursuant to this <br /> contract will be identified by the Contractor by timely and accurate data <br /> entries on the FEPA Charge Data System, if applicable. Where the <br /> Contractor is not on the FEPA COS, charge resolutions submitted for <br /> credit pursuant to this contract will be designated in a monthly status <br /> report from the Contractor to the Contract Monitor. <br /> g. All charges will be processed by the Contractor in accordance with the <br /> Contractor's applicable State or Local Law. <br /> h. Contract credit will not be allowed for any charge subject to a <br /> processing fee. If such a fee is imposed or implemented during the <br /> period of the contract. the contract may be terminated in accordance <br /> with Clause 52.249-4, Termination for Convenience of the Government. <br /> 4. In order to ensure consistent levels of productivity toward established results, <br /> the contract monitor will review production on a quarterly basis. The <br /> Contractor is expected to submit for contract credit approximately one-fourth <br /> of the total charge resolutions required under the contract each quarter. <br /> C-5 <br />
