Budget Ordinance <br /> Fiscal Year 1996-97-page 5 <br /> Per General Statute 115-429(c), the Board of Education shall supply a copy of its final <br /> budget (once adopted) including the Uniform State Budget format, annual audit, monthly <br /> financial reports, copies of all budget amendments to the Board of Commissioners as to <br /> the disbursement and use of local monies granted to the Board of Education by the Board <br /> of Commissioners. <br /> Section IX.
