� 4 Department of Social Services. Any changes in this agreement to add personnel will require the approval of the Orange County Board of Social Services and County Commissioners. 7. This Agreement shall be for the term July 1, 1996 to June 30, 1997. 8. It is the intention of the parties that this Agreement be reviewed annually, as near July 1 st of each year as possible, and may be terminated by either party upon 60 days written notice but preferably at the beginning of each fiscal year. For the purpose of notice, the respective parties shall be served by certified or registered mail, return receipt requested, addressed to Orange County or the University of North Carolina Hospitals at the address listed below: Orange County c/o Orange Director of Social Services P. O. Box 8181 Hillsborough, North Carolina 27278 University of North Carolina Hospitals c/o The Executive Director Manning Drive Chapel Hill, North Carolina 27514 9. The Agreement contains the entire understanding of the parties and shall not be altered, amended or modified, except by an agreement in writing executed by the duly authorized officials of both parties.
