CONTRACT WITH U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT fit-F: <br /> The Board approved and authorized the Chair to sign an interim agreement between Orange <br /> County and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. This Agreement, which will be in <br /> effect for at least two years, provides a mutually agreed upon process for handling housing discrimination <br /> complaints that are currently within the jurisdiction of both Orange County and HUD. <br /> C. 1995-96 AUDIT CONTRACT <br /> The Board approved and authorized the chair to sign the contract with Deloitte and Touche for <br /> the annual audit for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1996 in the amount of$58,250. <br /> D. APPROVAL TO PURCHASE PROPERTY_OPC MENTAL HEALTH <br /> This item was deleted from the agenda. <br /> E. RENEWAL OF TRIANGLE J COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS HOUSEHOLD HAZARDOUS <br /> WASTE AGREEMENT <br /> The Board approved and authorized the Chair to sign the renewal of an existing agreement <br /> among Orange County, Triangle J Council of Governments and other regional local governments concerning <br /> the collection and disposal of household hazardous waste. <br /> F.
