During any
joint investigation, the investigators from
both signatories will make the same
representations to respondent (s) ,
complainant (s) , and witnesses. For example,
where a case is concurrently processed
(other civil rights authorities
administered by HUD as well as the Fair
Housing Act and the Agency' s fair housing
law apply to the case) , HUD may participate
in the processing of the complaint.
D.
