Crowther, Alice M. Gordon and Don Willhoit <br /> .Absent: Stephen H. Halkiotis <br /> The Chairman of the Board of Commissioners announced that <br /> this was the hour, day and place fixed for the public hearing for <br /> the purpose of considering whether the Board of Commissioners <br /> should approve a proposed installment payment agreement and certain <br /> related documents under which the County would obtain financing <br /> pursuant to G.5. 9160A-20, as amended, for the purchase of property <br /> located at 501-503 West Franklin Street, Chapel Hill, North <br /> Carolina, for the purpose of operating a one-stop center for <br /> services such as information, assessment, referral and training for <br /> citizens seeking access to such services to prepare them for and <br /> help them locate employment or higher-paying employment, as <br /> described in the notice of such public hearing which was published <br /> in The News of Orancre County and The Chapel Hill Herald on <br /> June 12 , 1996, and under which the County would secure <br /> the repayment by it of moneys advanced pursuant to such installment <br /> payment agreement by granting a security interest in the property <br /> purchased. <br /> 358160.1 <br />
