The tract is zoned Agricultural Residential <br /> and Cane Creek Protected Watershed. In the Land Use Element of the <br /> Comprehensive Plan, it is designated as Agricultural Residential and Water <br /> Supply Watershed. <br /> The total acreage of the tract is 137.5 acres. Adjacent land uses are residential and <br /> agriculture. The southern boundary is shared with a 150-foot Duke Power right- <br /> of-way. The site contains remnants of a former dairy farm operation, including <br /> barns, silos, and a 4.3-acre pond. A tributary of Tom's Creek flows south through <br /> the middle of the tract. Average slopes are eight percent, although some slopes <br /> approach fifteen percent. <br />
