10 <br /> B.3 DATE.OF INC[JRR.ENCE-OF COST <br /> In accordance with FAR Part 31.205-32, the Contractor shall be entitled to <br /> reimbursement of costs as specified above incurred during the period from October 1, <br /> 1995, to the date of award which is the date signed by the Contracting Officer. Any <br /> costs incurred will be reimbursed if and only if they would have been allowable pursuant <br /> to the terms of this contract if this contract had been in effect when such costs were <br /> incurred; and provided further that the Government is not obligated to reimburse any <br /> precontract costs in excess of the target costs of the contract as stated in Block 15G of <br /> SF-26, the contract cover sheet. <br /> B-2 <br />
