11. Parents: 1 Vote <br /> Ideas for Parental Involvement: <br /> 1. Seminar for parents "Wake up call". <br /> 2. Many parents blind to problems -too proud to admit wrongs. <br /> 3. English composition to you parents-although some students wouldn't be comfortable <br /> or even allowed to criticize their parents. <br /> 4. Educating young children about how to deal with and talk to their parents before they <br /> reach teenage years. <br /> 5. Likewise, educate the parents in schools. <br /> 6. Have kids and teenagers hold a seminar, newsletters for parents rather than adults <br /> doing it all. <br /> 7. Educational workshops for parents <br /> 8. Parent day. <br /> 9. Parent attends school with child if he/she is failing or skipping class. <br /> 10. Form an organization that includes parents,teachers, and students. <br /> 11. An assembly talking about general information on sex education, STD's &HIV/AIDS <br /> -- split up into grade levels. <br /> 13. Children need support at home. <br /> 14. This is where it(morals)start: learn how to resolve problems before they're taken to <br /> school. <br /> 15. Get more parents involved in schools and community. <br /> 23 <br />
