Impression is often given that the youth are either doing bad or nothing <br /> 11. To keep community and youth informed. <br /> 12. Give student initiative to be recognized. <br /> 13. Positive reinforcement. <br /> 14. Role models <br /> 15. Better Community view of youth. <br /> 16. Reduce focus on "the bad". <br /> 17. Send directly to homes. <br /> 8. Have in "real" newspapers. <br /> 9. More prominent communications between school and newspaper <br /> 10.
