The change is based on a recalculation of the fees in the <br /> Educational Facilities Impact Fee Technical Report and reflects new <br /> demographic data concerning students per household as well as the <br /> recommendations of the School Facilities Construction Standards Work Group. <br /> No increase in the impact fee in the Orange County School District is proposed. <br /> Action on the proposed amendment may be taken immediately following the <br /> public hearing. <br /> RECOMN[ENDATION: As the Board decides. <br />
