It is recommended that this bid be awarded to Patriot Builders for a sum of$97,700 <br /> (base bid and Alternate G.1) and the Manager be authorized to execute a change order for the <br /> cupola work if the additional funds can be identified. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: The Manager recommends that the Board award the bid for <br /> maintenance work to be done at the Old Courthouse and approve the contract, contingent <br /> upon Attorney and Staff review, to Patriot Building Company in the amount of$97,700; and <br /> authorize the Manager to execute a change order for cupola repairs if additional funds are <br /> identified; and authorize the Chair to sign on behalf of the Board. <br />
