The attached resolution as considered by the Mayors and Board of <br /> County Commissioners(BOCC)Chair would specifically authorize the Managers to <br /> proceed with developing a recommended process for accomplishing the specific <br /> outcomes as enumerated in the resolution <br /> RECOMMENDATION: Review and approve the resolution with any changes that the <br /> BOCC may wish to pursue. <br />
