27 <br /> • Each lot must contain a buildable area of sufficient size to accommodate a single-family <br /> detached dwelling and customary accessory uses, including, but not limited to, storage <br /> buildings and garages, patios and decks, lawns, and driveways. Consequently, villages are appropriate <br /> locations for civic uses, such as schools and churches, as well as a variety of economic functions, <br /> including stores and workshops, and residential building types designed to accommodate a range <br /> of socio-economic groups. <br /> The location, size, and composition of each village will be a function of the development potential <br /> of the land associated with the settlement, including, but not limited to: <br /> • The zoning of the site, including the maximum allowable number of dwelling units; <br />
