3 <br /> Chapel Hill High School (Phase ll) Project <br /> Chapel HilllCarrboro City Schools <br /> Capital Project Ordinance <br /> Project Number 64-880-7107 <br /> Be it ordained by the Orange County Board of County Commissioners that pursuant to Section 13.2 <br /> of Chapter 159 of the General Statutes of North Carolina,the following capital project is hereby adopted. <br /> Section 1. The project authorized is for a transportation center to be constructed with funds <br /> allocated in this project. This project will be financed with proceeds from the Schools'portion of the <br /> one-half cent sales taxes. <br /> Section 2. The officers of the County are hereby directed to proceed with the project within the budget <br /> contained herein. <br /> Section 3. The following revenue is anticipated to complete this project: <br /> Transfer from Middle School Project(1991-92) $40,000 <br /> Transfer from School Capital Reserve(1992-93) $425,146 <br /> Transfer from General Fund(1993-94) $243,810 <br /> Transfer from General Fund(1994-95) $50,000 <br /> Transfer from Chapel Hill High School Capital <br /> Transfer from Chapel Hill High School Capital .8'4.547 <br /> Project(1994-95) <br /> Transfer from Reserve for Future Projects $80,000 <br /> Project(1995-96) <br /> Total Transfers from Other Funds $763,503 <br /> Public School Building Funds(1993-94) S381,19 0 <br /> Total Revenue �1 144,693 <br /> Section 4. The following amount is appropriated for this project: <br /> Chapel Hill High School(Phase II) $1,144,693 <br /> Section 5. This ordinance supersedes all previous Chapel Hill High(Phase II)Center Capital <br /> Project Ordinances. <br /> Section 6.
