r111 - C ` <br /> NORTH CAROLINA ey C14 <br /> RESOLUTION REGARDING f: <br /> ORANGE COUNTY LEGISLATIVE MATTERS <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of Orange County <br /> that the Board hereby requests the Senators and Representatives <br /> representing Orange County to introduce and support the following <br /> legislative matter: <br /> AN ACT ADDING CASWELL AND PERSON COUNTIES TO THOSE COUNTIES <br /> AUTHORIZED BY CHAPTER 357 OF THE 1985 SESSION LAWS OF THE GENERAL <br /> ASSEMBLY OF NORTH CAROLINA TO ESTABLISH THE BOUNDARIES BETWEEN AND <br /> AMONG THEM BY THE USE OF ORTHOPHOTOGRAPHY (Exhibit A to this <br /> Resolution) . <br /> Upon motion of Commissioner Halkiotis , seconded by <br /> Commissioner Crowther , the foregoing resolution was <br /> adopted this the 1st day of May , 1996. <br /> I, Beverly Blythe, Clerk to the Board of Commissioners for the <br /> County of Orange, North Carolina, DO HEREBY CERTIFY that the <br /> foregoing is a true copy of so much of the proceedings of said <br /> Board at a meeting held on May 1, 1996 as relates <br /> in any way to the ' adoption of the foregoing and that said <br /> proceedings are recorded in Minute Book No. 27 of the minutes of <br /> said Board. <br /> WITNESS my hand and the seal of said County, this 3rd day of <br /> May , 1996. <br /> C erk to a oar Commissioners <br /> lsg-3 <br /> 1996 .1eg <br />
