Commissioner Willhoit was appointed as the designated <br /> representative and Commissioner Halkiotis was appointed as the <br /> designated alternate representative. This committee decided to delay <br /> discussions until the Falls Lake Watershed Study was completed by the <br /> Cadmus Group, Inc. This study was completed in January, 1996. A <br /> request has been made for all jurisdictions to confirm their intent to <br /> continue these important discussions on protecting water quality in the <br /> Upper Neuse basin. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: Approve the attached Resolution of Intent to Participate <br /> in the Upper Neuse River and authorize the Chair to sign on behalf of the <br /> Board. <br />
