The Board <br /> established April 16, 1996 as the date for a public hearing on this subject. <br /> Staff will provide a brief summary concerning highlights of the CIP. Staff will be prepared to <br /> respond to any questions or comments the Board may have following the receipt of comments <br /> from the public. The Board will further discuss the CIP at their regular meeting May 1, 1996. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: The Manager recommends that the Board conduct the public hearing. <br />
