20 <br /> lieu of a continuous open space area, a village conservancy may consist of open space <br /> and estate lots, provided all estate lots meet the standards of Section D.1. <br /> 0 Open space within the village conservancy shall consist of designated Primary and/or <br /> Secondary Conservation Areas. <br /> 0 The amount of land set aside as open space in the village conservancy shall comprise <br /> at least thirty-three percent(33%) of the total land area in the subdivision and shall be <br /> no less than 100 feet in width at any place, except for short connecting links. <br /> 0 Primary and Secondary Conservation Areas within the village conservancy shall be <br /> restricted from further development through dedication to Orange County, another <br /> unit of local government, the State of North Carolina, a private non-profit land <br /> conservancy or a homeowners association, including the recording of conservation <br /> easements. <br /> The specific standards applicable to the village proper and its component parts are described on <br /> the following pages. <br />
