She asked <br /> Collins if a vote was necessary since the <br /> Planning Board would be sending the minutes <br /> to the Board of Commissioners, or if it would be <br /> forwarded to them automatically. Collins <br /> responded that it would automatically be <br /> forwarded. <br /> Jobsis expressed appreciation to all Board <br /> members for the hard work, noting it was very <br /> difficult to review and discuss issues where <br /> there is such diversity. Subdivision Regulations Text Amendment <br /> (1) Recreation Sites <br /> Presentation by Marvin Collins . <br /> This item is to consider a report on proposed <br /> amendments to the Subdivision Regulations <br /> pertaining to recreation dedication/payment-in- <br /> lieu provisions. The proposed amendments will be <br /> presented for public hearing at the February 26 , <br /> 1996 public hearing. <br /> At the Board of Commissioners June 26, 1995, <br /> meeting, a status report was presented concerning <br /> Concept Plans approved in the Stoney Creek basin <br /> area. The Board directed Staff to study the <br /> dedication/payment-in-lieu provisions of the <br /> Subdivision Regulations and prepare amendments, <br /> if needed, for public hearing. At its December 9, <br /> 1995 goal-setting retreat, the Board of <br /> Commissioners reiterated its desire to have the <br /> provisions addressed as soon as possible. <br /> A report which identifies the statutory basis for <br /> enacting such provisions, the origins of the <br /> current standards, concerns about the application <br /> of the standards, and changes through which to <br /> address those concerns is provided as a separate <br /> enclosure and is on file in the Planning <br /> Department . <br />
