Stancil responded yes. <br /> Walters noted that State and Federal laws regarding <br /> conservation easements for estate purposes state <br /> that the easement is in perpetuity. <br /> Katz proposed an amendment to the motion that: <br /> conservation easements, the terms of which are <br /> consistent with the flexible development guidelines <br /> in effect at the time. <br /> The first and second to the motion accepted the <br /> amendment. <br /> VOTE: 9 in favor. <br /> 2 opposed (Rosemond - still has questions regarding <br /> conservation easements, Brown - reasons already <br /> stated) . <br /> Meeting adjourned 10:35 p.m. <br />
