This was the Joint Planning Area <br /> Public Hearing date and no items have been received for this meeting. <br /> A Special Meeting has been scheduled for April 18, 1996 <br /> at 7 : 30 p.m. for an Assembly of Governments public forum on solid waste <br /> issues . The meeting will be held at Carrboro Elementary School, 400 <br /> Shelton Street in Carrboro, North Carolina. <br /> A special meeting is hereby scheduled for May 30, 1996 at <br /> 7 : 00 p.m. for an Assembly of Governments Informational Forum. This <br /> meeting will be held at the A.L. Stanback School. The purpose of this <br /> meeting will be to receive a report on the Youth Forum meeting held <br /> recently and to provide an opportunity for the elected officials to <br /> discuss and to make recommendations related to youth needs . The second <br /> item will be to receive an historical review of the basis, inherent <br /> policy, and procedures related to the Joint Planning Agreement between <br /> Chapel Hill, Carrboro and Orange County. <br /> RECCMMENDATICN: Approve canceling the April 18, 1996 meeting and setting <br /> an Assembly of Governments meeting for April 18, 1996 at 7 : 30 p.m. at the <br /> Carrboro Elementary School and an Assembly of Governments meeting for May <br /> 30, 1996 at 7 : 00 p.m. at the A. L. Stanback School. <br />
