Belk responded yes. <br /> Those conditions would always be attached to the <br /> property. <br /> Adjournment time was reached. <br /> MOTION: Reid moved to extend the meeting to get the vote on <br /> Issue #6 and leave remaining issues for the next <br /> Planning Board meeting. Seconded by Brown. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. <br /> MOTION: Waddell moved to allow conservation easements to <br /> count as credit toward open space. Seconded by <br /> Allison. <br /> Barrows asked if open space and conservation <br /> easements are in perpetuity. Stancil responded yes. <br /> Walters noted that State and Federal laws regarding <br /> conservation easements for estate purposes state <br /> that the easement is in perpetuity. <br /> Katz proposed an amendment to the motion that: <br /> conservation easements, the terms of which are <br /> consistent with the flexible development guidelines <br /> in effect at the time. <br /> The first and second to the motion accepted the <br /> amendment. <br /> VOTE: 9 in favor. <br /> 2 opposed (Rosemond - still has questions regarding <br /> conservation easements, Brown - reasons already <br /> stated) . <br /> i <br /> Meeting adjourned 10:35 p.m. <br />
