1 <br /> 19 <br /> -6- <br /> SUMMARY <br /> Except for the bulged south wall,this building is in fair to good condition. The first priority should be to <br /> keep water out—repair the gutters and downspouts. Vent the attic,repoint the brick work,caulk around the <br /> windows,prevent water from entering above the stucco wall and caulk window and door trim tightly to the <br /> masonry with a top quality,paintable caulk. Dry out the interior with either dry moisture absorbants or a small <br /> dehumidifier. Regrade and prime at the north side. <br /> Other repairs are not as important and will require discussion by the committee in charge. <br /> We are currently booked through mid to late summer,but will gladly perform the priority,temporary <br /> repairs as soon as possible. <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> Todd W.Dickinson <br />
